Chris Mann is the "Chairman of the Gourd" for Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, a US-based importer and marketer of Guayaki Yerba Mate and other rainforest products. He was previously a principal of Natural Flavors, a 100% organic, vegan restaurant that employed 25 people and 60 local farmers and demonstrated the power of sustainable food systems to restore health and vitality to people and the planet. He earned his BA in economics from Harvard University. Chris is finding that by recognizing common purpose, seemingly disparate groups can integrate social justice, environmental restoration and economic success.
