Amy Kirtland is an innovative, passionate and transformational executive with 30 years of leadership experience spanning all aspects of the food industry, including brand management, importing, sales, manufacturing, distribution and supply chain.  Amy is currently a Founding Board Member of The Climate Collaborative, Advisory Board Member for Tree of Life Canada and recent past Board Member of the National Grocer’s Association. She has a proven track record of driving change and a commitment to businesses and organizations that prioritize the needs of consumers, promote diversity, protect the environment for future generations and build pathways to increased profits through periods of realignment and sustainable growth.  

Amy is currently Executive Vice President (EVP) of Innovation and Growth, at KeHE Distributors.  During her 10-year tenure with KeHE, she has overseen expansion, sales penetration, new partnerships and the repositioning of the brand strategy, generating significant year-over-year growth.  She is the Executive Sponsor of Women Empowered at KeHE and a vocal member of the internal Diversity Equity & Inclusion Steering Committee. 

Amy’s additional professional affiliations have included serving as Chair and as a 10 year Member of the Board of Directors, for Food Lifeline, a nonprofit organization working to end hunger in collaboration with Feeding America.  She was also a Member of FMI, Sustainability Executive Committee, and an active supporter of the Food Waste Reduction Alliance.

Amy appreciates taking time to connect with others through volunteerism and community endeavors.  She also enjoys escaping the four walls of her office, trading them for an adventure hike mountainous landscapes or unexplored trails with her two children, family and friends.
