Charis Egland-Smith is a values-driven sustainability and collaboration professional providing coaching, business support, and consulting services for people and organizations that seek to make the world a more sustainable and equitable place.  Charis brings over 15 years of experience serving in a variety of roles within organic retail and climate-related innovation networks, regularly engaging with leaders across the food and agricultural supply chain. 

Charis is a certified professional coach, member of the International Coaching Federation, and founder of Full Well Coaching and Consulting. She also serves as Treasurer for the Board of Directors at Fair Trade America.

Charis lives in Northeast Ohio and enjoys exploring nearby Cuyahoga Valley National Park with her husband and two kids.
