There are many different options to incorporate renewable energy into your company’s operations. Renewable Energy Credits are frequently cited as a gateway to renewable energy use. Less talked about, however, are how company goals can be crafted and used to optimize the match between a company’s strategy and maximized environmental impacts.
In our February webinar Native Energy will join to share insights on how companies can approach goal setting and priorities in their work to switch to renewable power generation and/or procurement. They'll share common misconceptions on renewables and talk through how supporting renewable energy projects can sometimes actually do more than just being powered by "100% renewable energy" can.
Native Energy will also talk through decision factors for companies on whether the use of RECs, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) or other renewable energy projects are the most appropriate route to reaching renewable energy goals.
Cosmetics company LUSH will join to share how they considered all of these factors en route to establishing their own renewable project portfolio. Part of the discussion addresses how to achieve buy-in from senior leadership, the lessons learned along the way and successes to date.

Note: If unable to attend live and ask questions of our presenters, a recording will be available on the Climate Collaborative’s Media and Resources page after the webinar.
