Lauren works at the intersection of human potential and flourishing systems. Trained as an architect and seasoned as a strategist, entrepreneur, and executive; her professional experiences weave across sustainability, organizational design, education, leadership & development, building & community design, and food & agriculture with the common thread of designing for widely beneficial outcomes.

Drawing on learnings from the edges of innovation through to the very core of our humanity, Lauren guides and inspires a developmental approach to leading businesses, teams, projects, and conversations. She excels at bringing together diverse stakeholders, finding common ground, and co-designing a better world.

Lauren founded The Cultural Conditions Project in 2020 which works with teams and organizations to create conditions that increase capabilities and deepen relationships so that people, businesses, and ecological systems thrive. Clients include Ashoka, Rockefeller Foundation, Google, and Ocean Plastics Leadership Network. Previously Lauren was the Executive Director of Stone Barns Center, and before that Director of Circular Economy at IDEO.
