Nancy Hirshberg is the Founder and Chief Catalyst at sustainability consulting firm Hirshberg. Nancy has been a climate leader working at the nexus of food, business, and the environment for more than thirty years and has been widely recognized for her groundbreaking work leading yogurt maker Stonyfield Farm’s award winning sustainability and agricultural initiatives. Her clients have included Patagonia, Ben and Jerry’s, Califia Farms, Herman Miller, Beyond Meat, and Danone.

She is one of the co-founders of the Climate Collaborative. Nancy is a past Vice President of the Organic Trade Association and served as a Director for the American Farmland Trust. She chairs the Board of Climate Access and is a Director of Native. Always trying to live her values, Nancy and family live in N.H. in a 1940’s era home that has undergone a deep energy retrofit and is powered by solar PV.
