Have you ever wanted to conduct an assessment of carbon farming practices in your supply chain? Then our Rooted Community’s July session is for you! We'll take a frank look into the journey of developing and implementing self-assessment tools to measure carbon-farming and regenerative agriculture practices. Speaker Christina Skonberg will discuss the practice-based self-assessment tool that General Mills has launched with its strategic suppliers, and we'll hear:
- What the development cycle was like (and continues to be like), and
- How they work with farmers to integrate the self-assessment
- A General Mills producer perspective--we'll have one of their farmers join to share what it is like to implement these assessments.
We'll also leave plenty of time for discussion and Q&A, so don't miss the opportunity to speak to this tool’s creators!
