The Climate Leaders Circle is a space for those navigating the complex, often isolating, work of climate leadership. It’s for people who know that what we do is only part of the equation—and that how we do it, and with whom, matters more than ever. This community provides a dedicated space for companies of all sizes who seek actionable insights and a cohort of strategic thinkers to help inform and catalyze their climate work.
Different by Design
Many peer groups and networks focus on information sharing or surface-level connections. The Climate Leaders Circle goes deeper. This community is focused on giving you the depth of knowledge you need to take further action on your climate work. Together, we will deep dive into the thorny challenges plaguing our community. Each season, we will lean into one major topic theme (likely a potential pain point in your work). The Circle will provide you the opportunity to access leading thinkers who can help evolve your thinking, a community to be your sounding board, and tool & frameworks to support your work.
The Circle is designed specifically for leaders in the food and grocery sector who are navigating resource constraints, shifting markets, and mounting climate urgency—without the backing of massive budgets or dedicated ESG/sustainability teams.
This group supports leaders who are doing the work from the inside: often multi-hatting, often under pressure, always seeking meaningful progress. The Circle creates space to find alignment, build resilience, and experiment in real time.
Our Cadence as We Work Together
Each season, we’ll focus on a central theme—a thorny challenge that’s likely showing up in your day-to-day work. Together, we’ll explore the theme through multiple lenses:
- Sitting in circle with leading thinkers who bring candid perspectives
- Peer-based learning to support collective problem-solving
- Testing new approaches, tools, and framework in real time
You’ll gain the clarity, confidence, and collaborative capacity needed to take the next step in your work—whether that’s internal influence, external partnerships, or more resilient strategies.

Final topics for summer and fall 2025 will be determined by the needs of the participants in the community. Each quarter we will dive into one topic. Over the course of three sessions, we will hear from experts, share our collective insights, and explore pathways forward.

Who Should Join?
The Climate Leaders Circle is designed for professionals across the food industry—including CPGs, retailers, food service, distributors, and suppliers—who are looking for guidance, collaboration, and solutions to scale climate action. This will be a cross-functional community—open to sustainability leads, brand managers, operations folks, founders, and anyone advancing climate work inside their organization. If you’re holding a piece of the climate puzzle and looking for support, insight, and momentum, you belong here.
Participation is at the individual level, though we welcome multiple participants from one company.
