Manwinder “Money” Uppal is a sustainability strategist and manager, passionate about advancing climate equity and corporate responsibility. She has over five years of experience across retail, energy, and nonprofit sectors, and she specializes in ESG reporting, decarbonization, grant development, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Most recently, she served as Sustainability Manager at PCC Community Markets, leading zero waste programs, emissions tracking, green building programs, electrification, and the co-op’s Purpose Report. As a first-generation Punjabi American with roots in farming and logistics, Manwinder brings a grounded, systems-based lens to climate solutions. She currently consults with mission-driven organizations like the Climate Collaborative on project management, strategy, funding, storytelling, and more.
