Regenerative Transition Community of Practice

Grow your capacity to facilitate regenerative transition in your supply chain, both now and in the future

Registration is now open for the second cohort of our Regenerative Transition Community of Practice (CoP)! This learning community provides you with three critical elements to support your regenerative transition work:

  1. A network of industry peers to learn from and collaborate with
  2. Insights and dialogues with industry thought leaders and service providers
  3. Hands-on access to tools and frameworks to inform your work now and in the future

This cohort brings together leaders from the food industry (CPGs, retailers, food service, distributors, and suppliers) to develop their capacity to build a regenerative supply chain. We aim to support companies in navigating complexity, resourcing one another to discover new strategies and solutions, and finding approaches to scaling investment in these solutions.

Join us to leverage this cost-effective opportunity to transform your regenerative aspirations into actionable results. Together, we can accelerate a regenerative transition.

Who is this program for? The CoP is open to any company looking to transition its supply chain to regenerative agriculture. This cohort is appropriate for companies of all sizes.

We will work from a place of:

  • Collaborative Intentions. This Community of Practice is informed by a belief that through collaboration, we can get further faster. In that spirit, we seek participants eager to learn and work (where desired) across company lines.
  • Aligned Interests. There are two primary areas where participants will have aligned interests. First, they will have a clear interest in regenerative transition for the crops they are working on. Second, they will have a deep orientation towards building a more robust supply chain for regenerative crops.
  • Creative Solutions. One of the exciting aspects of this work is the opportunity to think creatively about solving the challenges CPGs face. We recognize that solutions may not currently exist, but we are energized about the opportunity to work collaboratively to unlock challenges affecting individual businesses.
  • Implementation and Action. We recognize that participants may be at different stages in their regenerative journey. However, successful participants will have the leadership support to implement solutions and take action to transition acres to regenerative.
