I’ve been reflecting lately on the resilience of the climate movement. Within the climate practitioner community, and among companies leading on action, resilience feels almost intrinsic to the work. No one would ever describe climate action as easy. In many ways, we are already primed to pivot, act, pivot again, and keep going. We figure things out. It's what we do.
That said, the past few months have been particularly challenging, requiring a huge amount of energy to revise plans and reconsider the best course forward. As I shared last month, we’ve been thinking deeply about how to best support our community through this time—so that together, we have the resilience, tools, and strategies needed to keep moving forward and achieve our goals.
In our Regenerative Transition Community of Practice, we’ve seen firsthand the power that comes from leaders working and learning together. Deepening these connections not only unlocks new opportunities for collaboration, it also plays a critical role in building our collective resilience.
Building on that foundation, the newly launched Climate Leaders Circle offers a space for climate leaders to dig deeper, tackle complex challenges, and move further, together. Whether you’re a retailer navigating the complexities of deli packaging, a CPG setting climate targets in an uncertain economy, or a company unraveling the puzzle of insetting, you’ll have a trusted network of peers and experts to work alongside.
I truly believe that how we do this work, who we do it with, and the heart we bring to it are all critical to strengthening both our personal resilience and the resilience of our broader climate action community.
In collaboration,
Courtney
